WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?
We have a 90-days return policy, so you can return any unwanted sunglasses up to 3 months later. This period starts from the day after the day you received the goods. The goods must be in the same condition that we sent them out to you.
HAVE YOU RECEIVED MY RETURN?
As soon as we receive your return we’ll send you an email. If you feel it has been a little longer than you'd expect then please call our Customer Services team on 01793 746546 (9am to 5pm, Mon-Fri) and we will be happy to help.
WILL I BE FULLY REFUNDED?
Yes. We don't charge a restocking fee. And we don't charge for any delivery costs in getting the sunglasses to you if you do decide to return them. We only ask that they are returned in the same condition they were sent to you. Your refund should show in your account within 15 working days.
I WANT SUNGLASSES FOR SOMEONE ELSE. WHAT SHOULD I CHOOSE?
Sunglasses make a great gift and our free delivery, free returns and 90-day returns means buying for someone else is risk- free. We can help you find the right frame for whoever you are buying for, if you are buying for an occasion or sport, or if you can’t decide between two or three frames for yourself. WHERE IS MY ORDER?
All UK orders are shipped through UPS. Tracking information will be sent as soon as your order is shipped.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
Our system is designed to fulfil and ship orders as quickly as possible. This leaves us little to no time to change or cancel orders.
